Ginbot 7 Movement for Justice, Freedom and Democracy : ウィキペディア英語版
Ginbot 7
Ginbot 7 is a political party founded by Dr. Berhanu Nega, the founding chairman of Rainbow Ethiopia: Movement for Democracy and Social Justice and a deputy chairman of Coalition for Unity and Democracy (CUD). According to their mission statement, Ginbot 7's goal is "the realization of a national political system in which government power and political authority is assumed through peaceful and democratic process based on the free will and choice of citizens of the country."
In June 2011, the Ethiopian government labeled Ginbot 7 as a terrorist group, along with the Ogaden National Liberation Front (ONLF) and Oromo Liberation Front (OLF), under the country's anti-terrorism proclamation. The Committee to Protect Journalists criticized the move, predicting it would have a chilling effect on journalists attempting to cover opposition figures such as Berhanu Nega.
